An internal risk analysis after the first of two Boeing 737 MAX airliner crashes showed the likelihood was high of a similar cockpit emergency within months, according to a Federal Aviation Administration official familiar with the details and others briefed on the matter. The regulator’s analysis, not previously reported, showed that it “didn’t take that much” for a malfunction like the one confronted by the pilots of the Lion Air flight that crashed into the Java Sea last year to occur, one of the people briefed on the analysis said. New Delhi: A former Reserve Bank of India (RBI) governor, Bimal Jalan, has warned that the higher income taxes the government introduced in its budget could lead to a flight of funds from the country. On the 20th of April, 2019, a SpaceX Crew Dragon capsule suffered an irregularity which was noticed during an engine test firing at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station. This abnormality was confirmed by 45th Space Wing Officials. Around 3:30 pm, Craig Bailey, a Florida Today photographer captured an image of smoke pluming from SpaceX facilities. Craig Bailey is reported to have been nearby in Cocoa Beach where he was busy covering an event.
